I’m reaching out with a sincere request for support and advice as I navigate a challenge in my career journey.

In 2022, I joined Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd. on June 13th. Shortly afterward, I received an offer from Infosys, which I accepted on July 4th, 2022. I began their onboarding process but, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I made the difficult decision to resign on July 14th, 2022, shortly after joining.

To the best of my knowledge, I was not assigned any project or received salary from Infosys, and I exited respectfully via proper written communication. However, Infosys' records show my exit as August 4th, 2022, which overlaps with my confirmed tenure at Buzzworks. This overlap has unfortunately led to complications during background checks.

Recently, an opportunity with Capgemini was rescinded due to this employment overlap, despite my sincere efforts to explain and provide documentation. It’s been a tough experience, and I’m sharing this here in the hope that someone from the community—especially those familiar with Infosys’ processes or who have faced a similar situation—might be able to offer guidance, support, or a way forward.
