I got an offer with 120%, only single offer in hand. The issue is they need in 45days max(after convince).

I have 90days Notice period at Accenture.

Give the all need suggestions, that would be really appreciated

Yes, I am sure about it. My colleague used a buyout option as his joining date was 1 week before LWD.

But the catch here is, your manager AND HR both should be ready to release you early.

The amount you need to pay will be provided by HR.

Talk to your manager about reducing the notice period. If that fails, consider a buyout. Be prepared for the risk. Negotiate with the new company for more time.

You may go for the following in order or combination:

  • talk to your manager for a reduced notice period
  • try convincing the new company for an extended joining date by giving some excuse which may seem real
  • go for a buyout option -adjust your pending earned leaves with your days in notice period
