You can be promoted every year if you have the right skills, proven experience, client delivery, contributing to the delivery unit, leadership skills, communication, are some of the factors to be considered for promotion

How come to know if all these someone meeting ? I mean , is there any window where all these parameters got checked for an employee based upon appraisal rating ? Or we need to follow up with manager every year whether I am sound in performance ...
