I have joined Accenture on 10th Nov 2023
I got project on 21st November 2023
In my team I'm doing most of the development tasks and rest are doing the left overs like testing, environment setup,etc.
Infact people are coming to me for help in their tasks and my manager knows about it
Many time my manager called me and appreciated me and also said that I'm in his top book
Can I expect promotion in November?
I'm not sure what to do as I'm doing a lot of hard work and my manager is also very happy with my performance

Talk to your manager and tell him if you want a promotion or hike upfront
Hey i did. He said I'm not denying your performance is outstanding but I can't give commitment. We will wait for atci decision and all.
I think at last time he'll say that this time we can't give you bla bla
