Trending @Accenture; Hey Accenture folks, What is TAL in Accenture?? For me it's showing as 0 in workday. What does it convey?

TAL is time at a level in Accenture, this is one of the consideration for promotion. TAL is 0 that means you are on PACE growth modelz which means accelerated growth from you and you are eligible for Level jumps. This is as per my knowledge, maybe someone can correct me if I am giving wrong info.

Any Accenture Manager present here. Who can give the correct information?
