Trending @Accenture; Hey Accenture Folks

I have completed one year in Accenture. My colleague mentioned that next month we may receive the variable pay or a salary hike. My variable pay amount is around ₹1.26 lakhs. So my doubt is: will we receive the full variable pay amount next month? Can I expect the full payout (around 1 lakh+) apart from my regular salary? What is the payroll policy for this situation?

Also, I got selected for a new project. The working style is completely different — currently I only need to visit office once per week, but in the new project I may need to visit the client office 2–3 times a week. And the client is expecting both frontend and backend capability, but my current role is backend only. With 4+ years of experience and a package of 7.6 LPA (including 1.26 LPA variable), is it reasonable to request a salary increment in this situation?

As per the rumour, today performance evaluation is happening. Should I ask my people lead now or is it already late?

How you have calculated your vp Basically it is like total package by 2 then 8% to 10% from that 7.6 half is 3.8
If you got 10% vp means you will get 38k

Your package is very low, try to switch the companies within 2 years. Get counter offers and last but not the least never expect or rely on variable pay, hikes promotion etc.

How did you got that variable amt? Nothing is default in vp

The numbers are locked in August itself.. nothing will change now ,, even if you ask you will not get anything till you complete 2 years… and you will get default variable pay this time but not full variable pay … default may be anything
