I joined as a fresher at Accenture, now having 1 year and 5 months of experience. I am applying like hell but my resume is not shortlisting, My resume is 100% ATS friendly still 0 interview calls. Can anyone please help me how can I get interview calls. Is there anything I am missing. My tech stack is React SpringBoot MySQL/MongoDB AWS. Working on React project but having good amount of hands-on knowledge in SpingBoot AWS MongoDB

100% ats is too much, sometimes companies put a check for AI generated resumes, make sure it lies between 94 to 97

Sorry,I meant to say that my resume is 100% parsable as I used overleaf. Ats score depends on the respective job descriptions

Apply through referral. That at least will help in getting first round of interview scheduled.
