Trending @Accenture; Help needed on getting hardlock for onshore project while currently tagged to offshore project

I am currently tagged to an offshore project for learning purposes, and my profile is locked to that project with no charge or KT. Recently, I got an opportunity in an onshore project, where the entire team is onshore except me and other colleague. I requested my manager to release me from the current project so I can get hardlocked to the onshore project. They are ready to realise me but they are asking that they need offshore POC from ATCI.They advised me to check the project details in the SMART tool for my current work project and update as needed.I am unsure what tool the onshore side is using for hardlocking and tracking, as we use SMART tool offshore. Could someone please clarify how to get hardlocked to the onshore project? Is there a separate tool for onshore? What are the steps I should follow?I don’t want to miss this opportunity, any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
