Can anyone tell me what is going on? I am in my notice period and my lwd is 31st oct but tenure in my current project is till 30th September. So my manager is asking for early release ? Can anyone suggest what is the reason for this and what should I do.?

Take the early release and join new company.. its a win win

It's all depend on u.. Whether u want to leave early or comple 90 days... Mgr can only ask.. If they want to release u early let them initiate from there end...ur mgr trying to save some bucks by giving early release from project end..
