Trending @Accenture; Help me with VP calculationšŸ„²

I received a base pay hike in Dec 2024 Cycle (Rs. 4,26000) along with VP of 8.5% of old base pay (16.5k).

During this cycle I have received only 10k as VP with the same 8.5%. For this cycle I should have received the VP as per my New Base pay right?

Am I wrong or did I get scammed by People Lead.

Also check the resource utilisation percentage especially YTD percentage, you will get full only if it is 100%

As the VP they give for Sep24-Feb25, first 3 months VP is calculated for old base pay and next 3 months is calculated for new base pay. But , it should be more than 16.5K for sure.

What Can I do now? Will I get the correct VP if I take this to my People lead or manager.
