Trending @Accenture; Help in Offer Selection

Hi grapeviners, currently working with Accenture as a data engineer with ~5 years of experience. Currently drawing 8 LPA fixed + 70K variable.

Got 2 offers, please help in selecting one.

  1. General Mills Role: Data Engineer II CTC: 14.5 LPA (12.2 fixed) Joining bonus - pro-rata basis 2 days work from office.

  2. Dataeaze systems Role: Data Engineer CTC: 16.5 LPA, all fixed. All 5 days working from office.

I am more inclined towards General Mills as it's a product based company but 16.5 fixed seems fascinating.

Bro GM comes to my college for Placements and I have many batchmates over there. It's an amazing company

While releasing the offer they did mention this is the max they can go, but will surely try this option.

You see 16.5 but ignoring 5 days of office, nice!

Well, that's true. And more to it, dataeaze again a service based and would have less brand value in resume for the next switch I feel.

General Mills is safe option. It's a fucking food. FMCG company it holds other brands. Get in there and move out. Although 16.5 is good. Money is the only critical factor right now. Money and only money that's it
