Trending @Accenture; Hello, Is it possible to do the wfo from other than base location??

My team is in different locations in India, I want to wfo from Bengaluru but can't transfer there as I have not completed 2 years since my last transfer. Can I do it from Bengaluru, like on permission basis or something. Last year my DU lead told me to work from Bengaluru only but I took the transfer and now due to the policy I have to attend the office in my base location only.
