Trending @Accenture; Hello, i need one guidance.

Recently i promoted to analyst where I received less hike as compared to others and project don’t have any answer and hr is not responding. And in my project i dont feel there is much learning usually few task where we got stuck that got extended to few month and we dont know how to resolve as we are two people i team, i feel this as stress only without getting payed for what I deserve and learning is less.

So now i should ask for hike in june which they did have given me half in march or should ask for roll off from project maybe if i will roll off then i can’t expect hike.

Please help me with this situation, that would be very helpful.

Thanks

I promoted to analyst with 13% hike

Usually associate folks get 35-40% when prompted to analyst. This is too low. Confront your supervisor.

Why did you accepted promotion just tell them give hike instead of promotion

One opinion don’t argue on this. Most importantly don’t argue with HR. One known person of mine was put in PIP just because she argued with HR regarding hike.

Associate to analyst promotion is not controlled by the project. That information is always shared by the backend central team..

Hike complely depends on the budget aligned to the project. If u got less hike, that means budget was low. The hike %age depends on earnings of financial year. Sometimes its low, sometimes its high.

If there is no learning and growth opportunity, better get a roll-off, upskill yourself and find better projects.

You can also start looking for a switch to be on a safe side, if you are confident about your skills.

Sorry to give this reality check.

You can't solve a problem or you don't want to solve the problem . Can your lead justify the hike you deserve ? From your statement it doesn't look like you guys can.

On Learning there are problem statements which you cannot solve , that's a big learning opportunity Staring right at you.

Any other project or lead will not give out of way hike , unless you are performing at expectation.

Better switch .
