Stop sounding like someone who deserves to be paid less.. you are slogging and you know it… your organisation will also know and it shall reflect. If you are slogging and you feel you are getting paid less, ask for it, or leave

You should ask for 20-24 definitely, don't you chich tecnology you're on. But you can say I am a loyal employee, loyalty is appreciated

You are in the same company for 8 years, 13-17lpa is an expected salary depending on your project and profile in Accenture. if you compare the same experience with any other company, you are definitely in a better position.
Now if you are comparing with specific technology and multiple switches then definitely you should reach >=20lpa.

@SuperViscose Thank you. I did not move outside because I was getting good hikes here and had good WLB. Now unfortunately, both aren't there. So am planning to look elsewhere. That's why the poll, so I could get an idea how much shall I look for
