I joined Accenture 6 yrs ago and have very hectic work every single day in every single project .is this across Accenture ?
I was in a project from 2yrs in Accenture, same story - hectic work and toxic culture. After roll-off, I got a new project which is client facing. Again the management isn't all that good, but the clients are very good, they show empathy, they care for us. And also, workload here is quite sensible, we get ample of free time each day.
Well not ample of free time, I mean balanced work.
Depends on client and teams, client is Walmart inc and its very good in terms of work life balance.. but the teams assigned to me the main headache,
They dont know anything on how to code.. as team lead it comes to me ..
It depends on the project and team. The projects which i have worked upon had balanced work. Work load is expected sometimes here as well but if this is on a daily basis then it affects our work life balance.
