No thats not tru. 13% flat hike for all promotees. Very very few people have got stay at level hike that too between 3-5%.
Budget is very less. Not even 10k per resource budget was provided so instead of giving 10k per year increase to all we are giving 40-50k to actual deseving candidates who are below market level.

If you have a CTGL rating and MI slider you can count on no increment or very less increment like 3% depending on the budget.

Incorrect, it's based on budget.
Min one can get is 3% , if there is no budget with lead it will be 0%
