Trending @Accenture; Health Insurance for Parents

Is it worth considering health insurance for my parents aged 49 (Father) & 41 (Mother) through company? The premiums are too high compared to private insurers. Note : They don't have major health issues now.

If they already have health issue, you will not get it from outside. If you take from Accenture, it will cover pre existing disease but it have 20% copay.

Try to be clear on your ask but will try to answer.

If u try to take from outside and they didn't find any pre existing disease then yes after waiting time you can claim. Each disease have it's own waiting period. But if you take from Accenture, it doesn't have waiting period. Even for pre existing disease, no waiting period
