I want to change my headphones. Does anyone know at which floor I can change it? Also does it require any prior ticket or permission to do so? Only the cushion have come out.

Yes, you need a request for headset change request. Earlier it used to get approved easily but I have heard that project level approval is also required. Once the request is approved, you will get a mail where they will mention when and where you have to go to collect that. It is basically B3 building ground floor.
