Trending @Accenture; Haven't taken any leaves, worked properly but arrogant manager is extremely unhappy with my leaving. Can he extend notice period ?
No one has authority to increase notice period beyond 90 days, do your LWD can't change until unless you request, i recall 3 years ago one of my reportee wanted to extend LWD and I provided no objection mail, but no supervisor can extend LWD
Can any manager/AM/TL confirm this ? My manager is making my life miserable day by day. Even though my LWD is approaching yet increasing responsibility on me.

It's sad to see some people can't separate personal and professional lives. If he would have gotten a better offer he would have done the same in a heart beat... But yeah he can't extend the notice period. Good luck for your next journey.
No. no one has rights to do except planned leaves in some organisations, not sure about accenture.
