i recently heard that HR have tracking WFO internally. And better to return to office. Is it true does anyone know about this?

I can't speak for Accenture, but at Infosys, we focus on hybrid work models. HR may track attendance, but it's not consistent across all projects. Returning to office varies by project needs.
