I had a discussion with Medibaddie guy he told number should be more than 7 or 7.5 than only it's considered as required treatment else it comes under cosmatic surgery. please ping in comments if you have any other communication

Sure it's 7+? Doctor told me 6 and above could be, but didn't reach out to insurance yet, also why medibuddy? Isn't it vidal?
