Trending @Accenture; Has anyone been tapping from other location than base location?
Any warnings or any escalations? Can they Directly terminate or first they'll give warning for tapping from other location?
I have been doing that since April . Just informed my manager and he told to my people lead to ignore the office presence mails. It all depends on your manager.
I informed my PL . And he allowed for a month. But he doesn't really bother with being anywhere. We don't talk with our manager. We talk with our pl only
Purely based on people's mindset who is asked to supervise u. I saw the worst people to apply leaves to who think nothing where you are. So it's purely under which kind of people you are surrounded with.
My project sent us to client location and we have to visit office 3 days a week and + their constant dinners someone is visiting from Singapore la la la evey week we have to be in office+ maintain good repo smile la la la ugh paise ke liye kya kya karna padta hai

It's okay till your are complying with comming to office for 1 day with your lead informed
Thanks for the info PMO!. Although there are some managers in other project who are very keen and asking their resources to strictly come to base . Do you know why?
