I am an ASE working as a Jr Developer in srpingboot + Kotlin tagged in the project from past 3 months i learnt so many things in these and i am getting appreciation from everyone even my TL and AM says that you are working on some more level and my AM said me that she can recommend for early promotion if i clear some exam , i know that if i clear tech leap its something they can do
But my manager do not even speak with me for anything as i am communicating everything with my TL and AM how can i know that is my work is getting recognised and how can i set the expectations to them for dec cycle?
I am a introvert person i don’t take initiate to speak casually but i am good with my work wherever it is needed i put my points whenever i raise the point my manger will be not there in standup sometimes he asks something which i am not picked up only at that i feel like he assumes himself that i am not doing anything

My question is how i am with this situation?good or bad?for growth in future also?
Same case for Me but whatever ur TL and AM knows about the way you work , same they convey to manager and as far as promotion goes now its based on performance and merit not on default bases
Not sure they are conveying if they are conveying atleast my manager had speak with me for those in standup
