Trending @Accenture; hardlocked to service desk lvl 2
i joined on sep 30 aa a fresher lvl 12 and was trained on oracle pl sql . My training ended on december and was on bench since then . 2 days back got a mail regarding hardlocked to serivce desk and now don’t know what to do . Du is telling me to work atleast 18 months on this project . Any way i can come to development side . Right now i am only thinking to upskill myself and switch as soon as possible .
they stated i have to work 5 days a week from office and even rotational night shifts . Work Can also be on weeknds if needed . So i guess i am just f*cked . I even had 3 star proficiency on my compentancy
Bro run out 🙂asap or you'll regret. i did the mistake 2 yrs back and now i am jst a service desk analyst trying hard to switch into tech obviously 2 yrs doin nothing in tech makes you forget everything.My suggestion move out figure out which technology you wanna work and join a startup for learn. My friends started with low pay then me are now earning 3-4x then me. 🥲 Internally they won't switch up that easily they don't care abt your aspiration they work for there business.
Which location? Did u get hardlock mail when u were on bench or entry level pool?
