Joined as ASE, got MEAN stack as stream training, result was 90% and achieved Tech Expressway Merit holder, my name on Wall of fame. Was on bench for 1 month and they hardlocked me into desktop support. While neglecting the project i got redundancy letter, either join it or leave the company I now sit in imaging room and continuously doing imaging,app and wrb. I can't neglect the project as I'm fresher, completed my graduation in 2024. Any suggestions will be helpful or what should i do next. Hardlocked for 3 years,minimum 18 months to get on bench.
I was in same position as you 10 years back when I being trained in java j2ee was put into outlook support for a client. The situation at that time was different and I had a heated argument with my manager and HR and then I was given a different project for Web Form development. I am not sure that my kind of attitude would be entertained now anywhere. I dont know how but you can keep bothering your PL to look for a better role i suppose.
