I have recently been hardlocked in a project . I am on bench and recently completed my training . Despite of asking role and info about the project i have not got any information about it .
I have been seen zoned to all messages . I had a qc from teamlead i asked for location flexibility to my hometown as i have a genuine health concern about my mother but … they did not agree for it and told me to try rolling off .
How do i roll off from the project ? . And is there a specific number of project calls or mails i can reject ? Will they have any track of how many projects i have been rejected or i rejected ?
You should roll off immediately. Don't worry about rejecting project calls or mails, they won't keep track. Your health and family are more important than any job. Just leave and find a better opportunity elsewhere.
