Trending @Accenture; Hardlock in Project by System – Need Guidance

I am a fresher and got auto hardlocked to a project by the system, but I was not shortlisted due to location constraints. The manager has asked me to log unassigned WBSE as no charge code is provided.

Now, I am not getting calls for other projects because of this hardlock. How can I get released or resolve this issue to become available for new opportunities? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
