Trending @Accenture; Hardlock ! How are hardlock projects given ?

Randomly or else according to the performance in training tests? Does test score (hon and mcqs) effect the project we get ?

I don't think the test scores matter. You get calls from different projects on teams, they interview you. This can go on for a month or two but in case no one selects you, you'll be randomly hard locked to a project that requires the skill in which you got trained
