Trending @Accenture; Happy/Unhappy with Compensation Discussion

Today my manager informed the whole team that they can give the detailed concern to him with name and carrier level, if anyone is not happy with compensation discussion happened for December cycle. So anyone have any idea why they are asking this details and concern if we are not satisfied with hike or variable pay. Is there any possibilities that they will revised the hike/VP??
