Have you seen the last three years of the shareholders report. There has been multiple bad decisions and investments that had led to this. I have been involved in the discussion with industry level leaders and there are n number of bad initiatives on multiple fronts which has led to this.
The problem is the leakage. There is no proper management on the leakage issues. Only when the investment that was not supposed to be done in the first place went haywire they started this damage control by ripping people off.
