I'm seeing numerous posts regarding promotion shifted to June.
But the official post said that the promotions in ATC India will happen as usual. Also the promotions shifted for ppl above manager level.
Don't spread half-baked news/information.
Promotions in ATC India will proceed as usual. Promotions above manager level are shifted to June. Always rely on official announcements for accurate information. Avoid spreading unverified news.
The Budget this year was very low at certain levels it was 1 or 2 % so with this hardly people will get promoted

Who here are giving sometimes condolences or have some patience, have you considered your position? Just be practical and calculate a bit how much below water you are.
The ones who haven't got any hike for very very long time. Do you think you will all the hikes all together? Just enquire here and there. All new joiners for TL and SSE level have equivalent salary to Managers. Then look at the mirror. Jo rata rata HR sentences you have been provided. Are you thinking during June you will salary with huge ka bundi ka laddus? 🤣
Also new joiners and new Jonny Managers do you think your salary is good enough for giving you such false statements.
Check the Accenture stocks a bit. From all time Accenture stock price has decreased. How do you think next year you will be with in Accenture to get any hike? How do you think Julie will manage these losses?
She herself is a merger lawyer. Not IT employee. The question lies will your so polite false words ir any chamchagiri attempts to DUs or HRs will save your own asses? Check your statistics and mathematical skills please....

Julie should resign immediately.. She failed to improve the growth of company YoY... Accenture earnings were always flat or below expectations from the last 6 quarters.
Buddy because of these pause in promotions and hikes today the salary of almost all the managers who are working for Accenture for 5 years and is equivalent to TL and SSE.
So next when a manager gives you a hard time just enjoy thinking that your salary is equivalent to theirs.

Did you got any update on this, how can you say this , are from HR or Lead group? In that news also mentioned about the fiscal year budget and loss, there is very less chances of hike ... See the reality not expectations
I’m tagged to ATCI and yesterday I asked my manager what’s going can we expect promotions. He clearly said only hikes no promotions. Promotions will be there in June 2025
also mentioned major no of promotions done in june...so now by default this is minor...so less...easy for everyone to say as they want...
its also mentioned that 'small' no with get promotion only 'area of growth'
