As you all know dec 2024 ke promotions july 2025 me shift ho gye, I've 2.8 years experience as analyst, are there any chances ki promotion hoga July me? Or agr hoga to kab pta chal skta h, guys please respond kro anxiety ho rhi h yha 😭😭

your MAL will be checked and also promotion depends on your performance and also to promote you as senior analyst they'll check if you have capability to perform complex tasks or have performed complex tasks.

As far as I know, the budget has not been sanctioned, so cant say about promotion. But as per the new rule, all folks under Jl9 can be promoted in any quarter, they needn't wait for half yearly or yearly cycles.
