Everyone who is underpaid, can we please all collectively make decision to not go to office unless they give us enough pay that aligns with our experience and workload??
I know it's a big step, but they need us as much as we need them so they can't fire 5 or 10 thousand people for not coming to office. I think revolution is necessary because they're getting upper hand in everything. And it is only possible if all of our opinions align. There's should be no conflict otherwise we'll be vulnerable again.
Everyones life is different from others. Some people can risk while some cannot. These things wont work. When u r in deep shit, you gotta come out of it. Sitting there and complaining will onpy make things worse.
Bro who said they need you , they are many people who are looking for job even for less salary , please don't make others as fools. Let them do their job , don't make others loose their job , if you are feeling underpaid then try for another company ,not by influencing others

Simple Solution is why stay at a place which is slowly becoming a tier 3 company, we can always leave for a better place , do not you understand why the Indian Govt has supported to form a Union in IT company?? I think you will start understanding now
