Bro, it's for freshers. And i think you are senior analyst(lvl 10). Techleap is for freshers who joined as lvl 12.

You may have/will recieve mail for that, if you follow the process from the mail by clicking on link,it will redirect you to the page, there is also a demo video I guess you can see that in the page. Techleap is a way to Fastrack you promotion process.
