Trending @Accenture; Great places to work- survey
I am going to keep in mind the following while filling the GTPW survey,
- Accenture's blind hiring of people in 2021 -2023 and giving out unprecedented hikes and even absurd joining bonuses which resulted in huge expenses.
- Blatant investment in areas which didn't get back any ROI.
- Forced diversity agenda which resulted in some promotions which were less deserving , also hiring more than 60 % with diversity as an agenda rather than skillsets
- Bloated org structure with the same capability and skillset in different offering capabilities. All these are a result of firm leadership decisions , blaming macro economic conditions that are not going to take off the actual blame. It is a multi billion dollar org old enough to have survived the 2008 financial crisis, 2010 financial crisis and 2020 COVID depression , get a hand on your vision to weather any small dips in future. Stop behaving like a startup. Halting hikes for a whole year even after generating revenue is pathetic.

I don't understand what's with the diversity hiring. Our team has to work late nights and management is forced to hire diversity (women). I have been through many teams where they refused to work late at night. Who they think will share the load?
