am i eligible for gratuity or not as only 8 days are left for completion of 5 years.And gratuity is Calculated in Fixed Base Pay or Besic part of Last Month Salary?

The basic eligibility for getting Gratuity is that employee has to complete continuous service of 4 years and 240 days in Accenture.

The calculation is “Last Drawn Monthly Basic (In India) x 15 / 26 x No. of years completed at Accenture”
