I started working on June 14, 2021, and my last working day will be January 31, 2026. My total service period is 4 years, 7 months, and 18 days. Based on the Indian Payment of Gratuity Act, will I be eligible to receive a gratuity in my final settlement?

No, I don’t think so. The minimum threshold is 5 years, isn’t it? I don’t think Indian laws allow pro-rated Gratuity release before 5 years.
