Gratuity eligible was 4.8 years ,now new law rules added, recheck. Calculation is mentioned on allsec portal. You can compare your salary based on that you'll get. Fr e.g. for 5.5 lac package it doesn't even cross 1lac.

Please note the following important points:

The basic eligibility for getting Gratuity is that employee has to complete continuous service of 4 years and 240 days in Accenture.

The calculation is “Last Drawn Monthly Basic (In India) x 15 / 26 x No. of years completed at Accenture”
