Trending @Accenture; Graduate and Signing off

Today, I say goodbye to a place that has been more than just a workplace – my home for the past 3 years.

I still remember walking into Accenture on my very first day as a fresher, filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness. Since then, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. I've grown both personally and professionally, gained skills I never imagined I’d have, and most importantly, had the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented and supportive people I’ve ever met.

As I step away, my heart is heavy with gratitude and nostalgia. To my team, you’ve been my mentors, my cheerleaders, and my family. Thank you for making every project, every challenge, and every success so memorable. I’ll carry your lessons and our laughter with me always.

But as I reflect, there’s something I’d like to address, not as criticism but as a heartfelt suggestion. I’ve always believed that employees thrive when they feel valued. During my time here, I couldn’t help but notice how some incredible talents – myself included – felt the need to move on due to the lack of financial growth and recognition. Over 3 years, my salary incremented by just ₹12,000, which was a tough realization.

I share this because I care deeply for this organization and the amazing people within it. Showing love and care to employees isn’t just about retention – it’s about fostering an environment where they feel motivated and valued. Let’s create a space where employees grow as much as they give, because when you prioritize people, magic happens.

As I look forward to the next chapter, I leave with a heart full of gratitude, memories I’ll cherish forever, and a bittersweet goodbye to a place I’ll always consider my foundation. Thank you, Accenture, for everything.

Here’s to new beginnings, and here’s to always remembering where it all began.
