Trending @Accenture; Government is not responsible for RTO!!
I believe responsibility of RTO is being unfairly dumped on to government. After COVID, to display normalcy in life to the world, government pushed to get offices open quickly. But companies have kept using it as a reason for returning to offices saying government is forcing them, it's not.
If government could 'FORCE' things onto these companies, then we would have much better labour laws implementation. Companies are not taking such decisions because they are scared of the government. It's because it's in their interest.
The RTO is just to eliminate moonlighting. Everyone must suffer so that the company does not get in trouble. They won't bother screening new hires better, but just ask everyone to be face to face so no funny business can happen.

If govt will push it will not be 1 day in a week, it will be full week.

My best guess is Seniors are missing old days, when people used to greet good morning in lifts, lobby or project bay

One very valid reason is that there should be some person who will pay the rent for the house which senior people have bought, might emi also be running. So it is in favour of most the managers to keep RTO running

i have got a non compliance email on 16th(Friday) however I visited on 23 rd and 24th .of i will get exception till 15 of june.will i get warning 1 and warning 2 email?

They can incentivise those willing to come to office by giving city allowances instead of forcing it. Those wanting to live in peace at home can continue so.
Whatever money they save by not giving incentive can directly go to government as compensation if money is what government is looking for.

Where is rhai narrative of govt coming in soenthing happend ?
