I only got 23% hike as I heard for all freshers it was fixed base pay intilalu 3.83 and after 1 year hike it was 4.26 but now I got 5.25 while others 5.50 I dono why when it's fixed then why the hike is different

As a fresher could have been quite more, but Accenture will never be able to give that much . There standards are too low.
