Trending @Accenture; Got promoted to CL11 after 2.3years, what’s my way forward?

I’m a Commercial Operations Analyst, recently (in the last 6 months) they have restructured the department twice. I currently don’t have the activities I enjoy and I don’t think that’s going to change either. I’m working in the night shift and they will eventually start WFO.

What should I focus on doing next? I’m interested in upskilling and doing a PM or any other certification maybe? But I’m very confused. Any suggestions/ advice/ ideas/ critic/ recommendations is welcome and highly appreciated!!
