Trending @Accenture; Got promoted from L11 to L10 this june.. will I be eligible for Year end Appraisals again..?

Hi, I am waiting for 12 to 11 promotion. They told to achieve some certification and do six sigma projects. Really this is need for this level promotion?

Since you are promoted now. You will receive your hike only when your sublevel changed in next year.

@FineP you will get bonus and VP but no base pay hike !

Same question , but I doubt even other will get hike or not 😆
