Hello Everyone,

Finally got promoted from level 12 to 11 after clearing 2 techleap schools.

Also, if someone is aware, please let me know that if I am getting promoted in September then can I also expect a hike in Dec (cause everyone will be getting in Dec) ?

One of my teammate cleared techleap in Nov and got promoted with 50% hike from Associate to Analyst level , hike applied from December. On the other hand other teammate cleared techleap and got promoted in January but hike applied from June cycle.
