Trending @Accenture; Got PIP with decent performance

Hi,

My project team lead tell me I got PIP but I performed decent, they didn't give me hike or any bonus as well. Do they just did it so I will not get any hike or bonus. I am little confused can anyone explain this scenario to me.

I have told that you will be in pip but I did not receive any official email they have given me feedback but not all are correct I have done only 1 or 2 mistakes can I call my team lead and ask for more clarification I have few proofs to and what should I avoid during call
