I got negative feedback from manager , what to do next though doing work properly. Mentioned on workday need to improve, What does this mean
Where are you checking feedback? For me in workday it is showing nothing
Tell this-
Have youu filled ABCD reflection or showed priority as completed?
Are you new in company under 1 year?
Are you on bench?
If Yes, No, No.. then reach PL and ask about ur feedback or perf review, if he gives good verbal feedback ask him right away to put on workday (Very softly and gently).
Ask him to do that for future reference as later project when u change mgrs see ur workday profile to evaluate candidature. So keep feedbacks posted.
Have a 1:1 with the manager who gave feedback, ask the reason why, say you'll work on it.
U will be put in PIP
