I got an automated mail, Notification 1...saying to always book seat before visiting office. And says that if this is repeated, appropriate action will be taken.

I don't know exactly. I too received it but in my case a meeting room is booked for all the project mates. I guess it's an automatic mail that's been triggered for the employees who are visiting the office without booking the seats . And let's see if some contact us
