Trending @Accenture; Got just 3% hike. WTF. Worse than getting a zero hike

honestly, a 3% hike feels underwhelming, especially with inflation. in india, many face similar hikes, prompting job switches. market's tough, but it's reality.

I got 4%, despite i worked for 2 projects. one of my manager made promise for promotion now hike is not even meeting my fuel expenses, this is disrespect to employees, they want us to leave . how can we survive with this inflation
