I was expecting 0% hike , because i worked my as* off and my last project rolled me off. Now in last 6months I literally gave my 20% efforts . Today my TL called me for my performance and told me “your works were recognised and well done, still there are room for improvements “
Hike-9% Bonus-15% (last few years i was getting 8 and 11% after such hard works) Other payments showing =31K(MAY VP)
New basepay = 5.72lpa Yoe=3.10

You got the hike cuz you're severly underpaid even now. Don't think it's good gesture from acn. I was a TL at 3.10. I say start looking outside ASAP.target atleast 15lpa
