Trending @Accenture; Got H1B stamped from US petitioner

Employer asks to wait for finding offer while in india. But no signs of opputunity or interview. US employers are mentioning, they take interview only if i am inside US. How do i handle it? Still there is resignation process everything?

Tech stack: Node AWS I have time of till 1.3 yrs for entering US.

Any suggestions?
